Day 7...finally

This is my last day without music. Nice. I listened to podcasts today in the car, not a great substitute, but better than nothing. I've noticed all the noises my car makes this past week. It's a couple years old now and I thought it was holding together better than that. I've been ready to look On Demand for live performances, or put in a concert DVD to check out the new audio connection for my surround sound at home, but had to stop myself. I think I'm listening to My Morning Jacket on the way to work tomorrow, I've already got that figured out. Up until now I don't think I've gone a week without listening to them for the last two years or so.

Day 6

I put some podcasts on my iPod today so I'll have something to listen to tomorrow. We recently had to get a new harddrive and I finally copied the music from my iPod to the computer so I didn't lose all those glorious songs. Listening to a podcast tomorrow while driving will be better than nothing, especially since I have to drive to work and back, then to school and back. This whole thing hasn't really been as terrible as I thought it was going to be, but I DO miss my music. Something got me thinking about the fact that I haven't listened to my music since last Tuesday, and I miss it.
